These Terms of Service govern the use of Archie, published by Loris Cramette.
2. Service Description
Archie is a desktop application for Windows offering:
- Voice dictation: audio-to-text, processed 100% locally
- Smart correction: spelling and grammar correction via AI
- Reformulation: text transformation using customizable presets
3. Registration
Using Archie requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Plans and Pricing
- Free trial: 14 days, 25,000 LLM tokens
- Pro: €9/month, 500,000 LLM tokens/month
Voice dictation is free and unlimited for all registered users. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Process illegal content
- Bypass quota limitations
- Resell or redistribute access
- Reverse engineer the application
6. Intellectual Property
Archie and its source code remain the property of the publisher. Your texts and content belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, availability, or absence of bugs.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lyon, France.
