1. Free Trial
Archie offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the product during this period before subscribing.
2. Subscription Refunds
Because Archie offers a generous 14-day free trial with full access to all features, subscriptions are non-refundable once the payment is processed. The trial period is designed to give you ample time to evaluate the product before committing.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have tested the service during the trial period and expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
3. Forgotten Renewal
If you forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not used the service during the new billing period.
To request a renewal refund, email us at cramette.loris@gmail.com with your account email and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.
4. How to Cancel
- Open Archie and go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Follow the instructions to cancel
You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases of:
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after the applicable refund window
6. Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
